CEO & Managing Director

Amar Zaidi is a Managing Director and CEO facilitator and organizational consultant
specializing in textile consultancy. With over 25 years of corporate business experience,
Amar has coached at all levels of organizations, from senior leaders to star individual
contributors. He was instrumental in the strategic design and implementation of this highly
specialised start up. The company was built from the ground up and within seven years, it has
grown to a an International Corporation managing cross functional projects. Amar is an
analytical and a conceptual thinking who has had a broad range of client experience working
with large multinational companies, government agencies and non- for profits organizations
in more than 35 Countries around the world.

Completing a Double Major in textile technology and International Business, Amar forged
his career at R.G Foster Textile Machinery and with the ability to assess complex situations
and identify appropriate solutions underscores, was the fastest promoted Vice President.
From here, Amar was recruited to United Textile Group where he participated in all strategic
business initiatives, leadership development, countless mergers and acquisitions and steering
companies; culminating a multi-million-dollar turnaround of the company. After an eventual
eight-year tenure, Amar joined Crescent Commercial Operations where he spearheaded a
Global diversification program that saw the company grow from solely a North American
commercial entity, to a major International corporation earning $15 M per annum within the
first three years.

Amar is particularly skilled at group facilitation and enjoys forging consensus among people
with diverging ideas and opinions. He integrates his unique insight and uses state-of-the-art
research tools and processes to provide the most comprehensive consultancy available today.
